Extend support to National Strike on 2nd September, 2015

National Forum of National Coordination Committee of Electricity Employees and Engineers (NCCOEEE) highly applaud the spirit of unity and fraternity among Electricity Employees & Engineers to oppose the Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2014 in the interest of Electricity Consumers and Electricity Industry as a whole. NCCOEEE noted that all the Electricity Employees & Engineers irrespective of their span & strength came forward independently and unitedly to make the proposed strike highest success. Due to imbroglio in the Parliament Electricity (Amendment) Bill, 2014 was not placed in the monsoon session. We have to keep our preparedness to oppose the Bill through joint strike in next such attempt of the Government. Our campaign among the people is to be kept in high pitch. NCCOEEE in its meeting held on 25th June, 2015 at Delhi, unanimously decided to extend support to general strike called by all Central Trade Unions to press the demands of Workers and employees and the People of India as a whole.

All NCCOEEE constituents are hereby called to extend their support to make the General Strike on 2nd September , 2015, a grand success.
